3、 The shape of the tail of the A2-70 screw is quite complex. However, the ones we commonly use include flat tails, herringbone, grooved, triangular, conical, etc. These shapes have several main functions: positioning, tin transfer, self tapping, self-locking, etc. According to the function, different tail requirements can be selected.
4、 A2-70 self tapping screws are used in two main categories: plastic and hardware.
1. Plastic - In general, self tapping is used, except for some special requirements. However, it should be noted that different plastics use screws with different tooth spacing and tail shapes, especially in situations that require heat and force, special attention should be paid.
2. Hardware self tapping generally uses triangular screws with the same tooth spacing as machine tooth screws. Triangle screws have self-locking and self tapping characteristics, but generally cannot be disassembled repeatedly.
