Special Note:
Alloy steel, quenched and tempered
1. The content of B (boron) can reach 0.005%, and its non effective B (boron) can be controlled by adding Ti (titanium) and/or Al (aluminum);
2. The material used to improve the performance level should have good hardenability to ensure that the core of the threaded section of the fastener obtains about 90% martensitic structure after quenching and before tempering;
3. Alloy steel should contain at least one of the following elements, with a minimum content of: Cr=0.3%, Ni=0.3%, Mo=0.2%, V=0.1%;
4. Considering the ability to withstand tensile stress, the surface of grade 12.9 is not allowed to have a white phosphorus aggregation layer that can be measured by metallographic energy;
5. The chemical composition and tempering temperature are still under study;
6. Tempering temperature 425 ℃
