HG20634 Bolt Product Introduction:
HG20634 is a newly released fastener standard for steel pipe flanges (Class series) by the Ministry of Chemical Industry, belonging to the American system. It is a double headed bolt with added requirements for chamfered ends and chamfers. Materials are widely used, especially alloy steel and stainless steel, with coarse and fine teeth, suitable for the chemical industry. The double headed bolts with specifications ranging from M36x3 to M90x3 adopt the standard of GB/T901 double headed bolts for other specifications ranging from M14 to M33, with a blue surface treatment.
Application scope: Chemical, petroleum, shipbuilding, and machinery industries. Application scenarios: Mechanical valves in the petrochemical industry, pipelines in ships, and gearbox production materials: 42CrMo, 35CrMo, 25Cr2Mov.
