A4-100 screw grade, derived from the ISO3506/1-2020 standard, is a newly introduced high-strength stainless steel fastener grade. Its performance can be comparable to that of alloy steel grade 10.9, and it has the advantages of high anti-corrosion and anti rust performance and high strength. During the manufacturing process of A4-100 screws, it is necessary to use 316L disk elements after solid solution treatment and perform corresponding cold drawing to enhance the strength of the raw materials; Then cold heading and cold beating are carried out.
