20Cr13 bolt welding materials can be selected from:
1. Choose G202 and G207 for resistance to atmospheric corrosion, requiring preheating at 150-300 degrees Celsius and tempering at 700-730 degrees Celsius after welding;
2. Organic acid resistant and heat-resistant option: G211, requires preheating at 150-300 degrees Celsius;
3. Good plasticity: A102, A107, A202, A207, A302, A307, preheating for welding repair, preheating for thick parts.

heat treatment
1) Annealing, slow cooling at 800-900 ℃ or rapid cooling at about 750 ℃;
2) Quenching, oil cooling at 920-980 ℃;
3) Tempering, rapid cooling at 600-750 ℃.
Metallographic structure: The structural characteristics are martensitic.
