During cold working, the steel has a high tendency towards cold work hardening and can be softened by annealing at 1120 ℃. Due to its high hardness and toughness, the machining performance of this steel is more difficult than that of 316, and the requirements are also relatively high. This steel can be easily welded using conventional welding. The welded joint has a strength equivalent to that of the base material. The matching welding material W22-13-5 has been designed.
