Material Description:
Corrosion resistant alloy 1.4529/Incoy926/N08926 bolts have very high resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in halide media and sulfur-containing hydrogen acidic environments, effectively resisting chloride ion stress corrosion. They also have good corrosion resistance in oxidizing and reducing media, good stability, and slightly better mechanical properties than 904L. They can be used for pressure vessel manufacturing from -196 to 400 ℃.
Typical operating conditions: 60% sulfuric acid, below 80 ℃, annual corrosion rate<0.1mm
Supporting welding materials and welding processes: For welding 1.4529 alloy, it is recommended to use AWS A5.14 welding wire ERNiCrMo-3 or AWS A5.11 welding rod ENiCrMo-3. Welding processes and instructions are welcome to be obtained by phone.
