N08800 is a nickel iron chromium alloy with good strength and excellent oxidation resistance and carburizing properties under high temperature exposure. These nickel steel alloys are the same except for a higher level of carbon in the 800H alloy to absorb up to 1.20% aluminum and titanium added to the 800HT alloy. N08800 is the first of these alloys, which has been slightly modified to 800H. This improvement is aimed at controlling carbon (0.05-0.10%) and grain size to optimize stress fracture performance. 800HT further modified the total content of titanium and aluminum (. 85-1.20%) to ensure optimal high-temperature performance. Nickel alloy has undergone dual certification (800H/HT), combining the characteristics of two forms. N08800 alloy is suitable for high-temperature structural applications. The nickel content makes the alloy highly resistant to chloride stress corrosion cracking and embrittlement caused by o-phase precipitation. -It has excellent corrosion resistance. Under solution annealing conditions, 800H and 800HT alloys exhibit excellent creep and stress rupture characteristics.
