SUS630 is a martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel, with the Chinese grade 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb. Has high strength, high hardness, good welding performance, and corrosion resistance. It has been widely promoted and applied in the valve, shaft, and chemical fiber industries, as well as high-strength components with certain corrosion resistance requirements.

Precipitation hardened martensitic stainless steel composed of copper, niobium/niobium has a low carbon content, better corrosion resistance and weldability than general martensitic stainless steel. Similar to 18-8 stainless steel, it has a simple heat treatment process and good machinability, but it is difficult to meet the requirements of deep cold processing.
Metallographic structure: characterized by precipitation hardening.
Purpose:
Used for manufacturing components with high corrosion resistance and strength, such as bearings and turbine parts.
