C3-80 refers to martensitic stainless steel 1Cr17Ni2 material or 2Cr17Ni2 material, with a tensile strength of 800 N/mm ².
1Cr17Ni2 series is a type of martensitic stainless steel with a good combination of strength and toughness. It has good corrosion resistance to aqueous solutions of oxidizing acids, most organic acids, and organic salts. Generally applicable to the production of nitric acid, acetic acid, as well as parts such as shafts, piston rods, pumps, etc. that require both strength, toughness, and corrosion resistance in industries such as light industry and textiles. Its properties are as follows:
1. Chemical composition of C3-80/1Cr17Ni2 nut:
Carbon C: 0.11-0.17
Silicon Si: ≤ 0.80
Manganese Mn: ≤ 0.80
1Cr17Ni2 martensitic stainless steel
Sulfur S: ≤ 0.030
Phosphorus P: ≤ 0.035
Chromium Cr: 16.00-18.00
Nickel Ni: 1.50~2.50
2. Mechanical properties of C3-80/1Cr17Ni2 nuts:
Hardness: annealed, ≤ 285HB
Heat treatment specifications and metallographic structure
Heat treatment specifications: 1) Annealing, high temperature tempering and air cooling at 680-700 ℃; 2) Quenching, oil cooling at 950-1050 ℃; 3) Temper and air cool at 275-350 ℃.
Metallographic structure: The structural characteristics are martensitic.
C3-80/1Cr17Ni2 nuts are high-strength stainless steel nuts.
