Sales Management (3 positions) [Monthly salary: starting from W, no upper limit]
Job requirements:
1. More than 3 years of sales team management experience, with successful cases of leading teams to achieve annual sales targets
2. Familiar with the formulation and execution process of marketing strategies, able to adjust sales plans according to market dynamics, and possessing strong market development capabilities;
3. Having excellent team leadership and motivation skills can effectively organize team training, performance evaluations, and enhance the overall business level of the team
4. Proficient in customer relationship management skills, with rich experience in developing and maintaining large clients, able to handle customer complaints and unexpected issues properly, possessing solid data analysis abilities, and able to provide data support for team decision-making through sales data review and summarization of experience.
Quality Management (2 positions) [Monthly salary: 8K-12K]
1. More than 3 years of experience in manufacturing quality management, including at least 3 years of experience in quality management team management, familiar with quality management systems such as IS09001 and ISO14001;
2. Having solid professional knowledge in quality inspection, able to independently develop product quality, inspection standards, inspection processes, and sampling plans;
3. Have good cross departmental communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate with production, research and development, procurement and other departments to solve quality problems.
Domestic sales (10 positions) [Monthly salary: starting from 8K, no upper limit]
1. 1 year or more of sales industry work experience, with priority given to sales experience in industrial products, metal products, hardware products, and other related industries. Possess excellent verbal communication skills and interpersonal communication skills, able to clearly and accurately introduce product features and advantages to customers;
2. Having sharp market insights, able to quickly capture customer needs and provide targeted solutions based on product characteristics, proficient in using office software such as Excel and Word, and able to independently complete customer tasks
Information organization, sales data statistics and analysis;
3. Having strong resilience and goal oriented awareness, able to actively and proactively achieve personal sales targets;
Priority is given to those who hold a driver's license and are able to adapt to the needs of short distance business trips to visit clients.
Overseas sales (10 positions) [Monthly salary: starting from 8K, no upper limit]
1. Responsible for exploring foreign markets, developing new overseas customers, establishing and maintaining stable customer relationships;
2. Follow up on orders from foreign customers, coordinate various matters related to product export, and ensure smooth fulfillment of orders;
3. Timely understanding of overseas market trends, customer demands, and competitive product situations, providing reference for the company's product development and marketing strategies;
4. Responsible for promoting products in foreign markets, participating in international exhibitions and other marketing activities, and enhancing brand awareness and influence overseas.
Packaging Management (2 positions) [Monthly salary: 6-10K]
1. More than 2 years of experience in warehouse management or packaging positions, familiar with warehouse 5S management standards and cargo storage specifications;
2. Proficient in operating forklifts, ground oxen, and other storage equipment, with priority given to those holding a driver's license;
3. Having good digital sensitivity and meticulousness, able to accurately complete goods receiving, dispatching, and inventory work, ensuring consistency between accounts and goods;
4. Understand the characteristics and packaging specifications of various packaging materials, be able to choose suitable packaging methods based on the nature of the goods, and ensure the safety of goods transportation,
5. Physically healthy, able to adapt to standing operations and certain physical labor in the warehouse, without any bad habits.
Numerical Control Technician (2 positions) [Monthly salary: 7-11K]
1. More than 3 years of experience in operating CNC equipment and machining centers, familiar with CNC system programming and operation;
2. Can understand mechanical processing drawings and process documents, accurately understand processing requirements, and independently complete the entire process of part processing;
3. Master the daily maintenance and upkeep knowledge of CNC lathes, milling machines, machining centers and other equipment, and be able to timely detect and eliminate common equipment failures,
4. Having good quality awareness and proficient in using measuring tools such as vernier calipers and micrometers to ensure that the accuracy of processed parts meets the requirements;
5. Experience in precision parts machining is preferred
Apprentice handyman (3 people) [Monthly salary: 4K] After becoming proficient, the salary can be increased
1. Education is not limited, age between 18-50 years old. Physically healthy, able to withstand physical labor and adapt to work environments with slight noise in the workshop.
2. Must possess basic hands-on skills, have a willingness to learn, and be willing to learn relevant production processes, equipment operations, and other knowledge.
3. To be hardworking, diligent and responsible in work, with a sense of responsibility and ambition, able to obey leadership arrangements, abide by company rules and regulations, and attach importance to safety production.
4. Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, adapt to shift work or overtime, etc.
