The main components of C1-110 stainless steel high-strength bolts are: carbon C ≤ 0.15, silicon Si ≤ 1.00, manganese Mn ≤ 1.00, sulfur S: ≤ 0.030, phosphorus P: ≤ 0.035, chromium Cr: 11.50-13.00, nickel Ni: ≤ 0.60. C1-110 non-standard bolt fastener, a type of ferritic stainless steel with lower chromium content. It is a martensitic stainless steel with excellent rust resistance and corrosion resistance. It has good plasticity, toughness, and cold formability, and is superior to other ferritic stainless steels with higher chromium content. When the carbon content in C1-110 steel is very low, its plasticity, especially toughness, and cold formability will be significantly improved. After vacuum heat treatment, its strength is equivalent to that of a 12.9 grade bolt. Mainly used for manufacturing lining of components and equipment that are resistant to water vapor, ammonium bicarbonate mother liquor, and hot sulfur-containing petroleum corrosion.
